House of Designs and Interiors is committed to providing excellent Interior Design Service for all it’s clients.  All fabrication and installation work is performed by a licensed professional firms, professional independent contractors or employees of House of Designs and Interiors (hereafter call the “Company”).

The Fabrics, Materials and/or Decorative Goods. Items will be shipped to address as requested. 

Custom Drapery or Any Window treatments: 

The client understands and agrees that sales are final.  As each element of each project is “custom made” to fit the Client’s specifications, any changes made after the initial order will incur additional costs.  The Client agrees that any change in the order, before fabrication, may result in a 30% re-stocking fee.  The client also agrees that any changes, made after fabrication has begun, will be subject to the full, original cost plus the cost of alterations.

Returns will be accepted if returned in original packaging and condition. No pet hair, stains or damaged product will be accepted.  Please take a photo if box arrived damaged and immediately send to us. 

Returns & Refunds

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery; however, some items are not eligible for return. Additionally, a modified return policy applies to some products, including custom drapery or drapery hardware. 

For items delivered via UPS or FedEx: Please call us to schedule pick up, most items are fragile and need special handling to arrange.

For large, heavy, or fragile items delivered via special carrier: Please call us, we’ll coordinate for the carrier to pick up the item at your convenience.


When returning an item, you can choose between store credit or receive a refund to your original payment method.
